Celebrating a wedding anniversary is always a special occasion, but a couple with children may struggle to find the time to be alone with one another, especially during a pandemic. For our client, it was necessary to celebrate his wife and her countless contributions and sacrifices for their family during the lockdown period in Ghana. His brief had a single requirement — create good times. With the brief in mind, we planned a magical weekend full of good times. The morning of the anniversary, the Lionheart team arrived at the client’s home before sunrise. As quietly as possible, we filled the entire living space with helium-blown balloons with the help of Balloons Treats and Tales. Yikes! It took a few hours, but with lots of team effort, we pulled it off. An accompanying life-size greeting card from Doodles by Ini and bouquets of around one-hundred red roses further amplified his declaration of love. We chose The Polo Club for dinner because the restaurant has a beautiful private dining room, where the couple had never dined before. We used another one-hundred red rose to fill the space and table with petals freshly flown in from Amsterdam. The chef served a five-course meal including some of their favorite things, wagyu, and lots of bubbles. The couple spent more quality time throughout the weekend at their Ada home, where they were surprised with a private dinner cooked by Chef Ruby. They ended the evening watching a firework show from their balcony.
